For new clients and current clients:
On March 2, 2022, my Therapy Appointment online portal updated and requires a new log in link (below).
For current clients (already registered before March 2, 2022) :
The user names/passwords from current clients didn’t transfer over, so I will need to send you a “portal invite”. The link is good for 48 hours, and I can resend if you missed the time frame. I need to individually send the invites, it was not a mass email.
For new clients, you can register on this portal link.
For all clients:
You can make/change appointments (within 48 hours of the appointment), send private messages or attachments, see your balance, pay bills, and status of insurance claims. It does make my life easier if you can go on Therapy Appointment to schedule or change your appointments. If you can’t find a time that works for you, let me know as I can put you on a cancellation list and also have some flexibility to add appointments on some days. This new system is quite a learning curve for me. Thank you!
